Founded in November 2024 by Elizabeth Kelly, The Procurement Studio is a creative consultancy dedicated to helping Interior Design studios work smarter, not harder. With a wealth of procurement and project led experience across the interior design industry, Elizabeth created the consultancy to empower both emerging and established design practices to streamline their processes, manage projects with confidence, and increase profitability without sacrificing creativity.

I’m Elizabeth, founder of The Procurement Studio.
After many years working in the luxury property industry across both design and build, I saw first-hand how complex and time-consuming procurement and project management can be for interior design studios. I founded The Procurement Studio to share my knowledge, network, and expertise in a way that helps designers focus on what they do best—creating extraordinary spaces.
As a consultancy, my passion lies in collaborating with interior design studios to refine their systems, strengthen their projects, and unlock more profitability without sacrificing creativity. From streamlining processes to hands-on procurement support, I provide the specialist knowledge many studios need but don’t always have in-house.
